Registering an account

1. Do I need to register in order to purchase?
No, but registration is easy and free of charge.

2. How do I register an account?
You can simply click on “Sign In” on the top right hand corner or click here to register.

3. What if I forget my password?
You can click here if you have forgotten your password and we will send you a new password to your email. Alternatively, at the Sign In page, you can click “Forgot Password” and we will send you a new password to your email.

4. How do I change the information in my account profile?
Simply log in to your account and you are able to change/update your profile.

Payment & Orders

1. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all credit cards. All transaction charges are fully absorbed by Kaitlin & Summer to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.

2. What other payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment policy for Internet Banking Transfers and Bank Transfer (via ATM).
Internet Banking or Bank Transfer is only applicable for local payment only.
As Kaitlin & Summer carries limited pieces of each item, please make payment within 24 hours upon receiving a confirmation email from us.

3. How can I track my order?
Logon to your account tab. Click on order Information to view all your past purchase(s) or check your order status to track your order.

4. Am I able to change my order?
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellations.

5. How do I use the promotional code/ gift voucher code?
Simply enter the promotional code/ gift voucher code before checkout. You will be able to see the adjusted price on your shopping cart after entering the code.

Shipping

1. How long does it take to receive my orders?
Delivery time is within 3 to 5 business days from the day of mail-out.
Mail-out days are every 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.

1. I have received a defected item,can I do an exchange?
Each and every item in Kaitlin & Summer’s store has been carefully selected and strictly scrutinized to meet your satisfaction. All sales are final, and no returns and refunds will be offered.
